I think oatmilk is a great alternative if you cannot tolerate cow’s milk as it will be easier for the digestion. We can become obsessed with what’s good when really we need to think on a broader scale of what does our whole diet look like. Is it good for the body? Is it good nutritionally? Is it good tasting?
